2. Work starts after you approve the proposal and any agreed deposit is received.
3. Changes to the agreed scope may affect timeline and price, and will be confirmed with you first.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the custom work built specifically for your project, as defined in your contract. UNO retains the right to reuse general techniques, know-how, and non-confidential components across projects. Our brand, logo, and this website's content remain our property.

4. Confidentiality

Business information you share with us during a project is treated as confidential and used only to deliver your project.

5. Payments

Payment terms — including deposits, milestones, and final payment — are set out in your project proposal. Late payments may pause ongoing work until resolved.

6. Warranties and liability

We build carefully and fix defects in our own work reported within a reasonable time after delivery. Except as agreed in your contract, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

7. Third-party services

Projects may integrate third-party services (hosting, payment providers, messaging platforms). Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.
