The road here
Law first. Business second. Software third — on purpose.

2008
Cairo, Egypt
A lawyer, first
Mostafa graduated from the Faculty of Law at Cairo University in 2008 and started out practising law in Cairo. Contracts, disputes, and the fine print — the training that still sits underneath every system UNO builds, because software that ignores how businesses are legally bound together fails in the real world.

2010
Dubai, UAE
The move to Dubai
In 2010 he moved to Dubai and into the property world, working in development management — feasibility, contracts, and the machinery behind getting projects built and handed over. It was the first lesson in how much of business is really process, paperwork, and follow-through — and how badly most software handles all three.

2014 – 2021
Danube Properties
Head of Legal at Danube Properties
For seven years Mostafa ran the legal department of one of Dubai’s biggest developers: buying land, working on feasibility and pricing, launching 20+ projects, drafting the contracts, appointing the contractors, and handing over the finished buildings — work touching AED 2.7 billion in deals. Few software builders have ever sat on that side of a launch.

2021 – 2022
ORO24 Investments
Legal & Sales General Manager
At ORO24 he carried both sides of the business at once — legal and sales — closing AED 500M+ in deals. Running revenue, not just risk, changed how he thinks about tools: a system is only worth what it helps you sell, collect, or stop losing.

2022 – 2025
UNO Real Estate, Dubai
His own business — and what it taught him
Then he built and ran his own Dubai brokerage, UNO Real Estate, closing around AED 120M in deals. Running it on rented tools, spreadsheets, and software that never quite fit showed him, from the owner’s seat, what he had only seen from the outside before: the systems a business runs on are not a detail — they are the business.

2026
UNO Software & AI
Now — building the software
In 2026 Mostafa founded UNO Software & AI to build the systems he spent fifteen years wishing for. He studied QA automation and programming, and works across the full stack: servers, databases, and front-end builds in Next.js with responsive layouts and a consistent UI. So every system is tested, and built around how that business really runs. The first projects are already in clients’ hands.
