1

system for the whole group, built around its real organisation chart

2

ways in: the web for the office team, an Android app with push notifications for field staff

Full

audit trail: approvals and changes are logged

Tested

payroll and attendance rules are covered by automated tests

What it had to handle

The real-world rules the system was built around from day one.

REQUIREMENT 01

Many companies, one structure

The system follows the group's real organisation: each department works in its own area and sees only what it should.

REQUIREMENT 02

Decisions that need sign-off

Leave, penalties and purchases move through approval steps, from the direct manager to the final approver, and every step is saved.

REQUIREMENT 03

Payroll that has to be exact

Insurance, tax, deductions, leave balances and attendance are calculated by fixed, tested rules, not by hand.

REQUIREMENT 04

Stock from supplier to factory

Purchase orders, shipments, customs clearance, partial deliveries and tracked items, all linked to the stock that production uses.

What we built

An ERP with exactly the modules the group needed, connected, so data is entered once and is right everywhere.

👥

People & payroll

Employees, recruitment, contracts with expiry alerts, attendance, promotions and payroll with statutory deductions.

✅

Leave & approvals

A leave balance that cannot be edited silently, plus configurable approval flows with an inbox for managers.

🛒

Procurement & stock

Suppliers, item catalogue, purchase orders and goods receiving, with alerts when items reach their reorder level.

🚚

Shipping & customs

Shipments and customs clearance tracked from order to warehouse, with partial deliveries handled.

🏭

Manufacturing & quality

Factory stock used in the order it arrived, and inspection rules before goods are accepted.

⚖️

Commercial, finance & legal

Sales, financial and legal areas plus asset custody, all inside the same system and the same permissions.

Built to last

Built to be trusted: you can see who did what, and the numbers follow fixed rules.

Roles

each person only reaches their own area

Logs

approvals, adjustments and changes are recorded

Alerts

for expiring contracts and items running low

Staged

database changes applied step by step, on a live system

How it works

One person, zero bureaucracy. You talk to the person building your solution.

1

Discovery

We map your process — how the work, the data and the people actually move today.

2

Blueprint

You approve the exact screens and features before a line of code is written.

3

Build in sprints

Working demos every couple of weeks. You see it grow, you steer it.

4

Launch & train

Deployed, tested, your team trained — with support after go-live.

Is this for you?

Honest answer up front — this isn't for everyone.

This is for you if…

  • Your departments use different systems that don't talk
  • You manage stock across branches or warehouses
  • Month-end and reports take too long
  • Ready-made ERPs don't fit how you work

This isn't for you if…

  • You're a very small team with a simple process
  • A basic accounting program covers everything you need
  • You're not ready to change any way of working
  • You need it running by next week

Questions, answered

The things everyone asks before starting.

Custom ERP or ready-made (Odoo, SAP)?
If a ready-made ERP fits your process, it can be the right choice. We build custom when your way of working is your advantage, or when customising a ready-made one would cost more.
Can it be built in stages?
Yes. Most businesses start with the modules that hurt most — often sales and stock — and add more later.
Can it move our old data over?
Yes. Customers, items, balances and history can be imported from your current programs and spreadsheets.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes — Arabic, English, or both, including right-to-left layouts and printed invoices.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope. After a short discovery call you get a fixed quote in writing — not an open meter. No surprises.
Do I own it?
Yes. You pay for it, you own it — the code, the data, everything. No monthly hostage fees to keep your own business running.
