What it had to handle
The real-world rules the system was built around from day one.
REQUIREMENT 01
A busy front desk
Staff register a family and start a session in a few taps, and check-ins keep working if the internet drops, syncing later.
REQUIREMENT 02
Payments in several forms
Cash and wallet payments, with one clear receipt per payment and memberships that never double-charge.
REQUIREMENT 03
Never over capacity
The owner sets the maximum number of people and what the system does when the venue is full.
REQUIREMENT 04
Numbers the owner trusts
Visits, costs and staff shifts in one panel, with unusual cases flagged for review.

How it works
One person, zero bureaucracy. You talk to the person building your system.
1
Discovery
We map your process — how sales, stock, and money actually move today.
2
Blueprint
You approve the exact screens and features before a line of code is written.
3
Build in sprints
Working demos every couple of weeks. You see it grow, you steer it.
4
Launch & train
Deployed, tested, your team trained — with support after go-live.
Is this for you?
Honest answer up front — this isn't for everyone.
This is for you if…
- You're running on spreadsheets, notebooks, or memory
- Off-the-shelf software never quite fits your process
- You have 3+ people touching the same data
- You want to own your system, not rent it forever
This isn't for you if…
- You just need a simple cash register app
- You're happy with your current tools
- You want it free — custom means investment
- You need 50 users on day one (we can scale there, but let's start focused)
Questions, answered
The things everyone asks before starting.
How long does it take?
A focused system (sales + inventory + reports) typically takes 4–8 weeks from blueprint to launch. Larger operations with more modules take longer — you'll know the timeline before we start, in writing.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope — a single-shop POS is very different from a multi-branch ERP. After the discovery call you get a fixed quote, not an open meter. No surprises.
We already have some software. Can you work with it?
Often yes. If your accounting or existing tools have a way to connect, we integrate instead of replacing. If they're the problem, we replace them properly.
What happens after launch?
Your team gets trained, you get documentation, and there's a support period included. After that, optional maintenance — your system keeps running either way, it's yours.
Do I own the software?
Yes. You pay for it, you own it — the code, the data, everything. No monthly hostage fees to keep your own business running.
